Refund policy

We stand behind every STAYR product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy, we'll make it right.

  • Eligibility: Your request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery (based on the carrier's "Delivered" status — not the order or shipping date).
  • Limit: A maximum of 1 return or refund per household within a 12-month period. This limit applies across all sections of this policy combined.

Section 1 — Unopened Products (Full Refund)

If your product is still sealed and unopened, you can return it for a full refund. Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery — after that, returns are no longer accepted.

How to return:

  1. Email info@stayr-men.com with your order number.

  2. Attach a photo showing the product with the seal intact.

  3. Answer a few quick questions about your experience.

  4. If approved, we provide the return address.

  5. Ship the sealed product back to us (return shipping is at your expense unless we made an error).

  6. Your full refund is processed once we receive and verify the product.

Please note: If a product is declared as unopened but the seal is broken upon inspection, the return will be rejected. You will be responsible for the shipping cost if you would like the product sent back to you.

Section 2 — Opened Products (Refund Options)

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we understand you may prefer not to return a product you've already used. That's why we offer you a choice. Your request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery — after that, refund requests are no longer accepted.

  • Option A: Keep the product, receive a partial refund. If you'd rather not go through the return process, we can issue a partial refund and you keep the product. No return required.

  • Option B: Return the product, receive a full refund. If you prefer a full refund, simply send the product back to us. We collect returned products for quality control analysis and to help us improve future versions

How to request a refund:

  1. Email info@stayr-men.com with your order number.

  2. Complete a short satisfaction form.

  3. Choose your preferred option (partial refund or full refund with return).

  4. If you choose Option B, we provide the return address. Ship the product back (return shipping at your expense).

  5. Refund processed after approval (Option A) or after receiving your return (Option B).

What qualifies for a refund:

  • Ring doesn't fit (too large or too small)

  • No noticeable effect after trying

  • Product doesn't meet your expectations

  • Any other dissatisfaction

Defective or damaged products: If your product is defective or arrived damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or a free replacement — no partial refund, no questions asked. Please contact us at info@stayr-men.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Consumables, supplements & food products:

  • Unopened and sealed: eligible for return and full refund under Section 1.

  • Opened: not eligible for return or refund.

Section 3 — Timelines & Processing

Our response time:

  • General requests (returns, refunds): we review and confirm eligibility within 5 business days.

  • Shipping and delivery issues (lost package, delays): please allow up to 14 business days — we need to investigate with the carrier.

Your response time:

  • You have 14 calendar days to respond to our emails. If we don't hear from you, we send a reminder. If there is still no response within 7 calendar days after the reminder, your request will be closed.

Return shipping deadline:

  • Once approved, you have 14 calendar days to ship the product back.

Refund processing:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval (or of receiving your return, if applicable). Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

  • We do not offer store credit unless you specifically request it.

Section 4 — Exclusions

This policy does not cover:

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from confirmed delivery

  • Requests closed due to inactivity (see Section 3)

  • Opened consumables, supplements, or food products

  • Products damaged by misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Multiple refund requests on the same order

  • More than 1 return or refund per household within a 12-month period

Section 5 — Your Statutory Rights

United Kingdom & European Union: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) and Consumer Rights Directive (EU), you have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery. However, STAYR rings are sealed for hygiene reasons — once the seal is broken, this right no longer applies. This does not affect your rights for faulty products.

Australia: Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product has a major fault, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to these rights, which cannot be excluded.

United States & Canada: Returns are governed by this policy. You are always entitled to a remedy if a product is defective or not as described.
